SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery

Orders take between 2-3 business days to get delivered, depending on the area. We offer next (sometimes say)day delivery to Greater Beirut area. All orders outside our daily delivery reach are handled by TopSpeed and usually take 2-3 business days.

Please note: Due to COVID-19 & high order volumes during this time, our shipping partners will likely be experiencing some delays that are out of our control.

Shipping Cost

Domestic Standard shipping cost vary from an area to other and is unfortunately up for change depending on the Lebanese Fuel Situation.

Conditions

Our drivers will refuse delivering an order if the customer insists on paying in another currency than the one specified (USD and LBP). This would result in a failed delivery. Please make sure to contact us on WhatsApp +961 81 424 281 if you wish to pay in a specific currency, so we can pre-accommodate your settlement.

Clients shall be contacted by phone for delivery instructions.

In the event that the recipient is not available at the time of delivery: The delivery charge still holds for areas outside Greater Beirut, on condition that our driver had previously contacted the recipient and scheduled the delivery at the requested time. Additional trips are charged beyond that.
